Ideally located near the Old Port of La Ciotat and the beaches, Villa Margot is an artist's villa where Chantal, a colorist painter, will welcome you. On one level, the cottage for 4 people comprises: - Living room with dining area, 2 corner sofas and a 106cm connected flat-screen TV - Separate kitchen (4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, combination oven/microwave and small dining area) - 1st bedroom (yellow) (1 double bed 140x190cm, wardrobes, safe, desk and chair) - 2nd bedroom Blue room (2 bunk beds 90x190cm, wardrobe, desk, and safe) - Bathroom (bathtub, shower, double vanity, and mirror) - Small pantry (cleaning utensils and washing machine) - Separate WC (sink) - 2 verandas: "green" veranda with a bar, Nescafé pod coffee machine, 4 bar stools, Moroccan lounge area, small dining area for 2, and an amphora. "Zen" veranda with a library, safe, armchair, and pouf. An independent studio for 2 people is also available for rent in addition to the main house (supplement of €400/week in June and September, €500/week in July and August, cleaning supplement €40). The studio opens directly onto the swimming pool and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a sofa, and a double bed. On the mezzanine level, a bathroom with a multi-jet walk-in shower, toilet, and veranda. A gym with a full range of weight training equipment, a walk-in shower and sink, a sauna, a stereo system, and a heated towel rail. A private 15 m² terrace with garden furniture and a gas barbecue/griddle, and a private, shaded outdoor area of approximately 100 m² with no overlooking neighbors. A private 8x4m swimming pool, 1.7m deep, protected by a fence and a roller cover. Daily cleaning is provided by the owners in the morning. Sheets, towels, and heating are included. End-of-stay cleaning is an additional charge. Parking is available on the gated property, and Wi-Fi is provided. A 6-hectare fitness trail and children's playground are located opposite the property, and a pedestrian and cycle path is a 5-minute walk away, allowing you to reach the beach in 10 minutes. This gîte is not suitable for parties due to its proximity to neighboring properties.
