The markets

La Ciotat is home to several markets that attract visitors and locals alike. The colourful, fragrant stalls offer a wide variety of fresh, local produce, such as fruit and vegetables, fresh fish, cheeses and olives.

The weekly market

The night market

Every evening from 8 pm to midnight, from 26 June to 30 August 2026, at Port-Vieux (closed to traffic)

The Christmas market

Wines and champagnes, Corsican and Italian specialities, shellfish, hot chestnuts, candied chestnuts, caldes, tapas, foie gras, savoury and sweet biscuits, tartiflettes, soup, crêpes, waffles, mulled wine, sweets, hot drinks, calissons, nougat, honey, gingerbread, confectionery, chocolates… Enjoy them here or take them away.
