With a comfortable and functional interior designed to accommodate up to four people, the flat combines simplicity with comfort: reversible air conditioning, fibre-optic Wi-Fi, a private garage space, a pleasant and secure residential complex, a bakery and butcher’s/delicatessen in the immediate vicinity, a bus stop right outside the complex, and the SNCF railway station 1.5 km away.
