Description
As part of the 11th edition of the Sports and Water Sports Festival, around fifty activities on land and at sea, organised by a wide range of local sports clubs, will be available for you to enjoy.
A village will be set up in the Espace des Capucins (beach, sandy area and promenade).
There will be plenty of demonstrations on offer, and you’ll be able to try out the activities on site all day long, from 10am to 6pm.
There’ll be something for everyone!
On the water: rowing, underwater trail, surfing, aquagym, kayaking, paddleboarding…
On land: climbing, archery, French boxing, football, athletics, cross training, judo, taekwondo, beach soccer, beach rugby, beach volleyball, beach padel, cycling, self-defence, strength training, Zumba, Pilates...
The on-stage activities will be as follows:
10.00 am: Village opens
10.10 am: Pilates
10.30 am: Baton twirling demonstration
10.45 am: French boxing demonstration
11 am: Zumba
11.20 am: Circus arts demonstration
12 noon: Time for a dip – Aquagym
12.15 pm: Prize-giving for the drawing competition (morning sessions)
Lunch break
1.30 pm: Water activities – Aquagym
2.00 pm: Zumba
2.30 pm: French boxing demonstration
3.00 pm: Baton twirling demonstration
3.30 pm: Circus arts demonstration
4.00 pm: Cross Training Challenge
4.30 pm: Water activities – Aquagym
5.00 pm: Prize-giving for the drawing competition (afternoon sessions)
Donations collected during the day, when all activities will be free of charge, will be donated in full to the National Sea Rescue Society (SNSM).
This festival is a wonderful opportunity to showcase the skills and expertise of local organisations and volunteers.
It’s a fun-filled day for everyone! The day will be packed with surprises, quizzes and a drawing competition, with prizes to be won!
