In each Spok, a chef cooks fresh seasonal produce every morning, offering dishes that change daily, as well as salads, sandwiches and desserts. There's no central laboratory at Spok, just beautiful open kitchens.
In a society where 'fast' has to go hand in hand with 'good', Spok has set itself the mission of reinventing the lunch break by combining the codes of traditional catering - a chef, fresh produce and daily specials - with those of fast food, with a creative, healthy and tasty ready-to-eat offering.
