1688 is the Edict of Colbert. At the end of the 17th century, this regulation stipulates that Marseille soap must be made exclusively from olive oil. Philippe Stettler has taken up this tradition to produce a range of solid and liquid soaps exclusively from olive oil. The range has been developed to offer natural products always composed of natural vegetable and essential oils.
Known and used since Antiquity, olive oil is known for its natural virtues: it is moisturizing, emollient and regenerating. Philippe uses it in high concentrations without adding any chemicals that are harmful to your skin.
Phlippe Stettler's solid soaps are made by cold saponification. Olive oil is slightly heated and mixed with lye to obtain a natural soap with a high concentration of olive oil. The saponification method allows all the virtues of the olive oil and essential oils to be retained.
Philippe Stettler develops products in his laboratory from rich and natural ingredients.
He proposes to wineries, olive oil and essential oil producers to manufacture a cosmetic range in their name with their ingredients. This is a partnership that allows you to know the origin of the raw materials in all transparency.
