Located on the ground floor of the owners' villa, Gîte du Faneou has a private terrace. It is composed of :
- A living room with sofa, 107cm flat screen TV, connected stereo system, reversible air conditioning. Dining area for 4 people.
- A separate kitchen with a removable 2-burner induction hob, fridge/freezer, combined oven/microwave, small dining area for 2 people.
- A bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, 2 wardrobes, chest of drawers and air conditioning. The bedroom does not open to the outside, it has interior windows overlooking the kitchen.
- A bathroom with Italian type shower 110x70cm, washbasin, WC and auxiliary heating. Private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and sunbeds. Free access to the owners' garage with washing machine.
Sheets and towels included, end of stay cleaning optional. Take advantage of the proximity of the beaches just 600m away while benefiting from a preserved environment.
