L'Albizia

On the heights of La Ciotat, in a residential area at the gateway to the Calanques National Park, the Albizia is a cottage for 4 people offering a large private covered terrace overlooking the sea and the owners' flower-filled garden. It is located in a detached house on the same property as the owners. It adjoins another seasonal rental, and the upper floor is occupied year-round. The cottage comprises: - An entrance hall with wardrobe and a small table. - An air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed for 2 and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a bar and high stools, a 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, washing machine, small dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and a Senseo coffee machine. The living room opens onto the terrace via two large French windows. - A bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed, an armchair, and a mirrored wardrobe. The window is equipped with a mosquito net. - A bathroom accessible from the bedroom with an 80x80cm walk-in shower, sink, and heated towel rack. - A separate toilet. The private terrace measures 17 m² and is equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture, and an electric grill. Private parking on the enclosed property. Electric heating and air conditioning are included. Sheet and towel rentals, and end-of-stay cleaning are optional. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. A fan is available. The owners are nature lovers and gardeners who work hard to preserve the biodiversity on their property. You will meet their dog Mascotte and perhaps see the cats, turtles and chickens... The hiking trails are accessible 400m from the gîte (route des crêtes), the port and the town center are accessible on foot (steep path on the way back), the Figuerolles cove is 2.5km away.
