Located on the 1st floor (without elevator) of the Coquelicot building in the Mar e Sole residence, the La Plage cottage is ideal for a couple or a solo stay, allowing you to fully enjoy La Ciotat and its coastline. Just 500 meters from the beach, it offers a prime location for enjoying the Mediterranean coastline, including swimming, strolls, and relaxing. You'll also appreciate its private balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a drink at sunset. In the immediate vicinity: shops, restaurants, and the port of La Ciotat. Looking for nature? The coves, the National Park trails, and numerous water sports are nearby. An ideal base for discovering the beauty of the Provençal coast! The cottage comprises: - a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, two-burner stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, filter coffee machine), a dining area with a table and two chairs, a sofa, and a TV. A bay window opens onto the balcony. - a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, a large wardrobe, and two bedside tables opens onto the balcony. - a bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail, toilet, and washing machine. End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, and towels are optional. Wi-Fi. Free street parking (charges apply depending on the time of year) or free parking within the residence.
