The living area opens onto a beautiful 40m² shaded terrace, perfect for summer meals or relaxing in the shade.
For moments of pure relaxation, enjoy the shared swimming pool (3.5 x 7m, flat bottom 1.60m deep, chlorine-treated and protected by a roller shutter), shared with another cottage and the owner, in a lush and welcoming setting.
Just a few minutes away, be captivated by the majestic calanques of La Ciotat and Cassis, natural gems to explore on foot, by boat, or by kayak. Stroll along the port, discover the colorful markets, and savor the laid-back Mediterranean lifestyle. Whether you love nature, swimming, hiking, or cultural discoveries, La Maison de Violette is the ideal starting point to fully enjoy Provence and the sea.

This single-story, air-conditioned cottage comprises:
- A living room with two sofas, a coffee table, a TV, a table with four chairs, and a kitchen with a refrigerator-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, etc.

- A bathroom with a shower, washing machine, sink, and separate toilet.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a large wardrobe.
- A bedroom with a king-size bed (200x200 cm) made up of two mattresses, a large wardrobe, and French doors opening onto the terrace with a distant sea view depending on the height of the vegetation.
- A bathroom with a double vanity, heated towel rail, shower, and toilet.

Parking is available on the street, and there is space to park a motorcycle in the courtyard.

The cottage is not suitable for children under 6 years old.

Possibility to rent, in July and August, for 6 people with the additional bungalow under reference 13G..... (private use of the swimming pool and garden)
