Domaine L'Olivade

Oils, spices and condiments, Oil in La Ciotat
  • The olive grove has been on the family estate for four generations.

  • The olive-growing activity was relaunched in 1999 because after the frost of 1956, almost all of the 4,000 olive trees on the estate had been uprooted.

The olive trees are cultivated using sustainable agriculture, respecting the land, fauna and flora in order to guarantee a natural quality product.
The olives are harvested from mid-October to mid-December and pressed as soon as they are picked by the Moulin de la Malissonne in La Cadière d'Azur.
The oil is then stored in optimal conditions to preserve its aromatic qualities.
