Adjoining the owners' villa, it offers all the comforts you need for a peaceful vacation. It features a private courtyard for dining al fresco or simply relaxing, and a terrace in the owners' garden with access to a shared swimming pool (3.5x10m, flat bottom, 1.40m deep, salt water, and protected by a roller shutter) accessible from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The cottage offers a functional and pleasant living space, fully equipped to meet your needs. The perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or a hike in the Calanques. Just a few minutes' drive from the port, beaches, Calanques National Park, and shops, this cottage is an ideal starting point for discovering the treasures of the Côte d'Azur while enjoying a relaxing setting. The cottage is all on one level, but two steps separate some rooms: - Separate entrance - Fully equipped kitchen with access to the private courtyard, table and two chairs, 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, food processor, coffee pod and filter coffee machine, etc. - Toilet with access to the pantry and washing machine - An air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a chest of drawers, and a TV - A bathroom with a vanity unit, shower with shower screen, and heated towel rail - A living room with a sofa, accessing the garden and shared pool Private parking on the property.
