Aloa Pilates Club is a 300 m² studio entirely dedicated to fitness and well-being. It offers two complementary activities that form the unique essence of the venue: Pilates Reformer and RXF, the studio’s signature programme.
Pilates Reformer classes, conducted on spring-loaded machines, offer a comprehensive workout focused on deep muscle strengthening. Each session emphasises quality of movement, improved posture, and the development of mobility and flexibility. This practice is suitable for all fitness levels.
RXF (Reformer X Fitness) is a dynamic format, structured as circuit training, which combines the precision of Pilates Reformer with the intensity of fitness. This approach allows you to push yourself, burn calories and tone the whole body, with a particular focus on the abdominals and glutes, and is also suitable for all fitness levels.
The studio also offers a lounge/co-working area with a bar, where you can enjoy a coffee, matcha or other drinks before or after your session in a warm and relaxing setting. There are also 60 m² of changing rooms with bathrooms.
Aloa Pilates Club offers three complementary class formats: Pilates Reformer, RXF and private lessons.
Pilates Reformer is a comprehensive training method performed on a specialised machine equipped with springs, straps and a movable platform. Each session lasts 50 minutes and takes place in small groups of up to eight people, with a dedicated coach, to ensure precise and personalised guidance. Thanks to the machine’s adjustable resistance, participants develop strength, control, muscle tone, mobility and flexibility through a workout that is both deep and gentle on the body.
RXF is ALOA’s signature session: a smart format designed for those who want to tone up, build strength and burn as many calories as possible. Each 50-minute session is structured around a circuit comprising three complementary blocks: Reformer work focusing on the abdominals and core, a block dedicated to the lower body, and a block focusing on the upper body and cardio. These sequences are repeated three times to ensure a comprehensive, rhythmic and particularly effective workout, with results visible quickly.
The studio also offers private and semi-private Pilates Reformer classes, available by appointment outside of group class times. These sessions provide personalised support from a dedicated coach in a relaxed and welcoming environment. They are the ideal way to make rapid progress and achieve specific goals.
