Access to the massifs

The Calanques National Park is a protected area with exceptional flora and fauna as well as magnificent natural landscapes. However, access to the park’s massifs is regulated to preserve this fragile environment.

In fact, the massifs of the Calanques are subject to risks of fire, landslides and erosion. For this reason, access to these areas is regulated and conditioned on obtaining a traffic permit issued by the national park.
