Aix-Marseille-Provence Métropole is launching Capital Bleu, a major water festival running until October.
The town of La Ciotat has been chosen as the venue for the launch on Saturday 17 May! -
Come along at 10pm for the grand sound, light and pyrotechnic show, where you'll be able to vibrate to the rhythm of the water, with entertainment planned from 6pm.
Epic tales, artistic creations and suspended moments will invite you to celebrate, question and dream about water in a different way, on grandiose natural scenes, from dusk to night.
The shooting will take place from the Marina.

To give everyone the best possible view of the show, a large spectator zone will be set up on the Promenade François Mulet, with the pedestrianisation of the Boulevard Anatole France and part of the Boulevard Georges Clemenceau.
Capital Bleu means more than 100 events from May to October, all over the metropolitan area, to celebrate, explore and preserve water in all its forms.
The programme includes popular festivals, water parades, travelling shows, educational and cultural exhibitions and sporting events.
