The oscarpicus is a small, rare bird. Curious about everything, it likes to watch people. In recent days, it has been spotted on the highest branch of a tree near a vacant lot. There, a circus has pitched its big top. From its branch, it contemplates.

Oscarpicus brings together six musicians who have been touring French swing venues for a decade. Building on their long journey together, they founded Oscarpicus in 2024, based on their own compositions and lyrics. While their music is rooted in the tradition of jazz, it is subtly coloured by each member's individual background and influences.
