Médiathèque Simone Veil

The distribution of the space has been studied in such a way as to offer spaces and collections specific to the needs of each person. These collections, which are multi-media, cover not only the written word but also music, images, films, multimedia and the Internet, and are available to the public. Visitors can access different areas, such as the Adults, Children, Image or Sound sectors, as well as a reading room for magazines. Each room also has a large collection of documents. Throughout the year, the multimedia library also offers a rich programme of cultural activities aimed particularly at children, with events such as Comptines et Compagnie (for children up to 3 years old) and l'Heure du Conte (for children aged 4 and over). Access is entirely free. Borrowing documents, access to computers and the Internet requires membership of the media library.
