    It is located in an independent house located on the same land as the owners. It is adjoining another seasonal rental, and the upstairs is occupied all year round. The cottage is composed of:

    - A living room with convertible sofa for 2 people and flat screen TV fixed to the wall. Fully equipped American kitchen with bar and high stools, 3-burner induction hob, hood, oven, washing machine, small dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and Senseo pod coffee maker. The living room opens onto the terrace via 2 large French windows.
    - A bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed, armchair and wardrobe with mirror. The window is equipped with a mosquito net.
    - A bathroom accessible from the bedroom with 80x80cm Italian shower, sink and heated towel rack.
    - A separate toilet. The private terrace measures 17 m², it is equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture and an electric plancha.
    Private parking on the closed property. Electric heating included. Rental of sheets and towels and optional end-of-stay cleaning.
    Pets accepted with a supplement. Fan available. The owners are nature lovers, passionate about gardening, who preserve biodiversity on their property. You will meet their mascot dog and perhaps see cats, turtles and chickens... The hiking trails are accessible 400m from the gîte (route des crests), the port and the town center are accessible on foot (steep path at return), the Figuerolles cove is 2.5km away.
