  • The Jazz sur La Baie festival features bands on a national tour with some of the best jazz acts in the Sud region.

  • The three evenings will run from 7.30pm to 11pm, with an interval between concerts:

    Monday 11 August: Asina Quintet
    Opening act: Edith Darasse Quartet
    This Franco-Irish group will be paying tribute to the famous American singer Anita O'Day, who shared the stage with some of the greats (Louis Armstrong, Oscar Peterson, Thelonious Monk. .).
    Tansy Greenlee, a singer from the American School of Modern Music, is accompanied by Aidje Tafial on drums (Matthieu Chedid, Yeux Noirs...), Tiphaine Massé (Formes) on guitar and Nicolas Bauer on double bass (Magic Malik, Julien Doré...).
    Formed in 2022, Asina has played over 80 concerts to date, including the renowned Paris venues of Baiser Salé and Son de la Terre.

    Tuesday 12 August: Lisa Collé Quintet
    Opening act: Gérard Murphy Quartet
    Graduated from the American School of Modern Music in 2022, Lisa Collé quickly made a name for herself on the jazz and world music scene (l'Alhambra, Sunset, Baiser Salé, Barbizon, Son de la Terre...) following the release of her first EP La Verdad. His original compositions in Spanish reflect his personal experience and his gypsy culture. Collaborating with Magic Malik on her second EP El Deseo, she adds a new twist to her music with rhythmic and harmonic innovations.

    Thursday 13 August: Cécile Messyasz Quintet
    Opening act: Claudie Meyer Midnight Quartet
    Cécile Messyasz performs her own texts in English and French to music by Michel Petrucciani, which she sets off in an original way... a pure moment of jazz for summer evenings. In 2003, Cécile Messyasz won a scholarship to study at the renowned Berklee College of Music in Boston, USA.
    She is accompanied by Eric Meridiano on piano, Jean-Philippe Semperer on guitar, Fabien Giacchi on double bass and Piero Iannetti on drums.
