Founded in 1976, chef Christophe Fémel took over from his father in 1994. Since then, his passion for gastronomy has led him to focus on the highest professional standards to ensure the success of his events, creating delicious dishes using quality products to satisfy his customers' taste buds.
A graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière de Marseille, the chef came first in the national catering challenge and was a finalist in the prestigious Meilleur Ouvrier de France competition.
In 2018, it was Christophe's daughter's turn to join the family business, graduating from the prestigious Ducasse school, which specialises in top-of-the-range pastry-making. She is now in charge of the sweet side of the business.
