Exposition de peintures et sculptures Duo d'Art de Marie-Noëlle Motroni et Bernard Mayran_La Ciotat

Duo d'Art painting and sculpture exhibition by Marie-Noëlle Motroni and Bernard Mayran

Cultural, Exhibition, Painting, Sculpture in La Ciotat
  • The Duo d'Art exhibition brings these two friends together in La Ciotat, where their complementary work blends perfectly with the venue and the judicious use of the stage space.

  • Marie-Noëlle Motroni
In her paintings, Marie-Noëlle questions our human condition by evoking a snapshot of life, a captured emotion, a fleeting situation, always with tenderness and empathy. Somewhere between Balthus and Hooper, her style is never static, but evolves with the subjects she deals with and her emotions.
She works from her personal photos or those she has found in the press and media.
Numerous successful exhibitions punctuate her prolific work.

His ‘constructed’ sculptures are made from metal parts abandoned in nature or found in cellars, as part of what he calls Recyclart, also known as Upcycling or artepovere.
A poetic and fantastic world emerges from simple abandoned tools and rust-ridden metal sheets, divided into three main themes: Rouillarts, Monopodes and Gombocs.
