The group hails from Sartenais on the Ile de Beauté, and although it was formed in 2014, some members of Vox Corsica have been singing for over 20 years.
Through their songs, Vox Corsica pass on to us stories from Corsican culture: stories of love, stories of revenge, stories from everyday life, which could be heard in the various ‘pièves’ (villages/settlements) on the Ile de Beauté and whose memory the group Vox Corsica perpetuates.
Their repertoire, drawn not only from their own experience and unique style, reflects Corsica's rich musical heritage, but also from its modernity and renewal.
