A freediving club for beginners to athletes open all year round!

The AIDA and FFESSM freediving club Abyss Garden offers you the possibility to practice freediving all year round, whatever your depth and your training discipline. Its apnea trips are accessible to anyone who already has a level of apnea or who has done an apnea course at Abyss Garden.

Abyss Garden's RIB is equipped with a system of rope brackets and the safety is supervised by an AIDA International and FFESSM instructor.

The idea of these freediving trips is above all to share the experience and the good mood with others!

Your freediving experience in La Ciotat: well-being and discovery of the marine environment!

Come and discover apnea through a snorkelling session, to initiate yourself gently. You will be supervised by a professional AIDA and FFESSM freediving instructor and will enjoy a small group session (5 people maximum per instructor). The Abyss Garden freediving centre is based in La Ciotat, in the heart of the Calanques National Park. You will discover the magnificent marine biodiversity during this outing in the sea, without a tank on your back, that's the advantage of freediving!
