On foot or by bike, the Nuit des Crêtes offers several routes that make the event accessible to all, to discover La Ciotat differently.

Participants will have the pleasure and privilege of descending the famous scenic route, the Route des Crêtes (without cars).
Four routes of approximately 1 hour are available: a family walk of about 5 km, a brisk walk of 7 km, a run of about 10 km and a 12 km mountain bike route.
Participants will meet at the Paul Eluard hall between 6pm and 7pm.
For walkers and runners, a bus service will be provided to the various starting points of the routes.
